Behaviour from receptionist was pathetic. It seems they are least bother about the guest. Food from restaurant was too too expensive. Good thing is service was too fast. Facility is old.
Dear Team,I tried to check in early in the morning without a booking done online on 4th of March. But I was told by the security that only online bookings were allowed, once we agreed to do that he told us that the resort was full and told us to try somewhere else. Kindly look into this matter. Later we went to the resort across the bridge and booked a room.Thank you’’
