I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not show basic courtesy and were not willing to help when needed.The service was also very slow and poorly managed, which made the overall stay unpleasant. I expected much better hospitality, but unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even basic standards.I would not recommend this hotel to others unless there is a significant improvement in staff behavior and service quality

Worst experience ever. I highly recommend not to visit this place. While the watchman, car parking staff, and butler were excellent, the rest of the team, especially the people at reception, were incredibly rude. I was assigned room 710, and my experience there was horrific. I genuinely felt a negative or bad energy that made my entire stay miserable. Please think carefully before booking here.
