Regenta Inn Embassy by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited

My stay at Hotel Embassy Regenta Inn in rooms 105’106 (double occupancy) was extremely disappointing. Basic amenities like soap and a shaving kit were not provided. The toilet pot was not in good condition, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, it was a very poor experience and did not meet expectations at all.

Stopped here during our journey near Ajmer. The place is decent for a quick highway break. Food taste was okay and portions were reasonable. Service was a bit slow when the place got busy, but the staff were polite. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. Overall, an average stop if you are travelling and need a quick meal.

Had a very bad experience with the hotel rooms service. Double occupancy rooms are not in well maintained condition and we had a long journey of 21 hours arriving at the hotel for check in late night post 2am. Throughoutbthe night we found cockroaches running inside the room and we notified the management at front desk to change the room unfortunately almost half day passed away and whichever rooms were being given tonus of swme category had issues.. jet spray not working, mini fridge ice was melted and water throughout running on the floor and again there were cocokroaches found hence we decided to check out but Mr. Amit Jain had confronted us and insisted us to stay back as this would affect the brand image and hence upgraded us to a suite. With due respect on his word we dedicated to still give it another chance however on day of check out we were billed with same charges of the room that we earlier booked and thought there would be a concession considered of the hassles that we faced with no facilities available on day 2 wasting our time and planned journey was badly affected. Unfortunately there wasn't any concession on final bil and we left with major disappointment. This property has only the shine sparkling on the booking sites but the service is really bad and totally littered garbage in the walking passage of the room floors. No hygiene standards are maintained. I would definitely not recommend this property.

Very disappointed with the stay. The room was unclean and poorly maintained ’ even found lots of cockroaches inside. Definitely not worth the money. Needs serious hygiene improvement. Service was good. Very Good staff.
