No same room as per whatsapp sent picture, wrong commitment for booking by Mr Dinesh, dirty rooms and bathrooms. Price was ok but not comfortable for family stay. We instant changed hotel,they High charged reference by Mr Dinesh, shifting to other hotel. Wrost service not recommend to any family. Even it was smell in hotel and sourinding area of hotel.

I booked this hotel on 23 April 2026 and checked out on 26 April 2026 for Re1500 per night. The room size was ok for us. This hotel owner Mr Dinesh Jain send me good pictures of hotel room and I got the room which I Haven't expected. Blankets not washed, bedsheets having stain, tv remote broken AC broken. Too many cockroaches in the room when I complained no they react as if there were no cockroaches. Mr Bilal the reception person is arrogant. Door mats also dirty filled with lots of dust. The food is good but too much oil. If we complain for anything then it will be resolved as per there need. Every day gutters overflow outside the hotel. Bad experience worst stay don't go this hotel. Check all rooms first personally in any hotel then you book.

Had a room booked for 2 and it was confirmed. Upon arrival we were told that the room is not available, due to renovation.They showed us 2 different rooms in a other hotel near by. Bedsheets were stained and bathroom not clean.The manager was not willing to lower the price and didn't really care.We booked another place on the spot.Stay away!

Bedsheets and Pillow covers dirty, toilet commode broken, ac functions as per choice of hotel owner. Overall - Not a good option to stay. Overpriced. Need improvement of services.

This hotel is running on commission basis of local boys worst experience not helping tourist at all.I had the most disappointing experience at this hotel.The room was dirty and smelled terrible, and basic amenities like clean towels or basic child food were unavailable.I am not recommend side scenes from this hotel.Room's are not clean on time.When I requested assistance, the staff either ignored my complaints or offered no solution simply ignore.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere!
