This is very beautiful place staff is also very good . Resort staff is really very helpful. BAs ek chota saa improvement aur kare thoda good quality pr aur focus kre food is good but need some improvement. I give 5 star this property in Pushkar .
Our stay at Bhanwar Singh Palace was alright, to say the most. Despite the undeniable fact that the rooms were amazing and the location and architecture was top notch, I have to say that the current staff wasn't fully efficient and me and my family had to face a number of irritating issues. Firstly, the most terrifying thing, we had ordered snacks in the evening from the hotel's restaurant, and were enjoying the same when to my horror the crispy corn had a whole big dead fly in it. It was fried along with the corn so I can just imagine the hygiene conditions of the kitchen. We had to leave and go out to have dinner later, because I was so disturbed that the food I was having had a dead insect in it. Secondly, the swimming pool was horribly unhygienic. My family loves swimming and it was one of the activities we were excited about the most during our staycation, but it was just so dirty. The water seemed like it wasn't treated in weeks, algae was visible on the pool walls and initially I thought that the pool was too deep because the floor was not visible to the naked eye. It wasn't deep but actually so dirty that the swimming pool floor wasn't visible. This was not at all expected in a heritage stay like this, and we were very disappointed. Thirdly, the fridge in our room was not working, and in sweltering June temperatures, we were told to call different staff members just for bottles of cold water. When we requested for a staff member to try and fix our fridge, one person came up and fiddled with the fridge controls to absolutely no success. For the littlest of things, we were repeatedly told to call other numbers or talk to different staff. The staff should take all these points up very seriously as I am definitely not going to suggest this place to any family or friends specially because of the first reason.
