Update on their reply- lies again.Zero Hospitality ’ Avoid at All CostsI accidentally booked this resort and called within minutes to clarify. Instead of professional assistance, I was met with delaying tactics.The staff was very stubborn, blaming me and refusing to even return half the amount.It is clear that Stayguru only cares for money. They don't have basic values or professional ethics. Extremely arrogant behaviour.Warning to others: If this is how they treat people over the phone, I wouldn't trust them with a vacation. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows what is hospitality.

If you want pure natural location ,service with heart. Not too much proffsnal , but they care us with smile . We feel like home away from home. Esa lga hi nahi ki hum Ajnabi ke beech hai. Total my reviews for resort farm villa Execlent i have no words just say super perfect, I love to stay here again and again... ’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’’ my best wishes for lovely resort and all sweet staff. A horrible stay. Disgusting stains on the bed, completely yellow, the pillow cases are not cleaned.The washrooms are disgustingly dirty, as not showcased on the web, the showers dont work properly and the toilet flush doesnt work properly. The "clean" towels which were provided had prerequisite stains on it.The pool is not cleaned and had no proper drainage. Completely False advertised on the web page. The garden is not maintained.The tables in the restaurant are not cleaned properly, the oil stains are clearly visible. The housekeeping has no professional training as he changed the sheets while placing them on the floor, the blanket cover had weird red stains.

Clean rooms , cooperative reception staff. Reasonable price and the highlight is it’s beautiful and surrounded by mango orchard . Very close to the highway yet peaceful.A request is to start serving authentic Gujarati / Kathiawari / Rajasthani food. I don’t want to go outside just to have food. If you are in Bhuj don’t stay anywhere. This is a cozy and friendly place. Thank you for taking care of us when I was dead tired. ’’’’’’’’
