Resort Farm Villa

We are from Travel World Ahmedabad. A few of our guests stayed at this property during June’July 2024. During that period, Mr. Rohan Gor, who was present as the property owner, accepted all payments into his personal account.In March 2026, he requested that we transfer approximately ’4,000, which had been paid in cash by one guest, stating that it was required for march-end closing purposes. We transferred the amount as requested. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the money has not been returned.Now we are being informed that the Farm Villas account did not transfer the amount, and therefore they claim it is not their responsibility. While this may be an internal issue, neither we nor our guest should suffer because of it.Such handling of guest and partner payments creates a negative impression of the property and raises concerns about accountability and professionalism. We request the management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.

I was stay here for one night on 30th may. We have booked 2 rooms. Room was ok and specious. Swimming pool was crowded due outsider which was not stay in the hotel is also allowed to use the swimming pool by taking some money. But atosmosphere is good . Food is also not bed. We have two rooms in just rs 4500 with dinner and breakfast. All over nice experience. Mr parth on reception is very cooperative. Ro water and some bath assesrieris also provided . All over nice experience and want to come again

Update on their reply- lies again.Zero Hospitality ’ Avoid at All CostsI accidentally booked this resort and called within minutes to clarify. Instead of professional assistance, I was met with delaying tactics.The staff was very stubborn, blaming me and refusing to even return half the amount.It is clear that Stayguru only cares for money. They don't have basic values or professional ethics. Extremely arrogant behaviour.Warning to others: If this is how they treat people over the phone, I wouldn't trust them with a vacation. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows what is hospitality.

If you want pure natural location ,service with heart. Not too much proffsnal , but they care us with smile . We feel like home away from home. Esa lga hi nahi ki hum Ajnabi ke beech hai.
