There were roaches roaming around in the room,dirty floor and musty smell,no network in the room,every staff except the manager was rude and not helpful at all

0/5 ’ Horrible experience.My booking was scheduled for 12 PM check-in, but I informed the hotel that I would arrive around 3 PM as I was travelling.Later, the staff called and asked me to delay my check-in further to 6 PM due to an electricity issue. Since this was communicated at the last minute and I had a wedding to attend, I had no choice but to cancel the booking. Would not recommend this place.

No attached restaurant. No room service.No mobile phone signals. No wifi. These drawbacks are permanent features, So avoid this Hotel.This is worst possible stay in our life, almost a night mare. We are senior citizen couples on travel.#Booking dot com, suggested this HotelThe King size room 's wooden floor was dirty and fungus infected. The Airconditioner was either bone chilling cold, or to be switched off completely.No attached restaurant. No room service. A night club and a Hooka Bar isVery much there. Another shocker, there was no mobile signals No wifi signals.The Valet parking staff's reckless handling of my Car, caused scratches on my Car.The #Booking.com" cheated us. They classified this #slate as a resort?

Nothing as I expected after seeing the photo I booked. The room condition was very bad. The walls were chipped and to hide that they had kept a chair. The walls were broken completely and there was peeling paint. Everything was wrong.

I stayed for around 10’12 days and had a very pleasant experience. Special thanks to Mr. Prabha Karan for his excellent assistance throughout the stay.He was professional, helpful, and always available when needed, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable.Highly recommended.
