It's very poor experience, staff is not available to attend any complaint due to management change.Intercom was not working, food service is not available, rooms were stinking , bathrooms are not clean Overall, pathetic experience and I don't recommend this hotel,
Really pathetic service. No value given money. Not sure how Agoda is recommending these assets with premium rates. Please evaluate yourselves first and recommend. Literally unsatisfied with the service and irresponsible answers from staffs. It's not question of colourful room alone. It's waste of money given.
They didn’t cleaned the swimming pool for two days and they said they will clean from morning 7Am To till 11.45AM now they are saying there maintanance person was went for emergency so they can’t offer swimming pool they didn’t helped for check-in they are offering foods with very worst taste over salty and complementary breakfast they are saying within 15mins it’s getting completed and if we go earlier they are saying it’s not ready over all maintanance and staff service was very worst Atlast now they are saying they will refund the amount for 1room for 2days
