The property itself was excellent, with great facilities and clean rooms that made for a good overall stay. However, the experience was severely ruined at check-in when the hotel staff refused to honor our Agoda confirmation for 3 persons per room and forced us to book an extra room late at night. While the property is physically great, their management needs to respect booking agreements and treat guests better.
