The facilities were ok but not as per price charged and the behavior of the staff and receptionist was worst, they feel like all the guest staying for free, very rude and unprofessional behavior, better to avoid this and instate take a better one, u will feel offended by there miss behavior

Great hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful interior. The manager helped to call a taxi and printed boarding passes for the plane. Clean bathroom, air conditioner. Elevator between ground and 5 floor. Unfortunately, I could not try breakfasts (the difference between home and local time is 3 hours, I just can not eat so early), but I am sure that they are delicious. Before check-in, we did not have time to change the required amount of payment for accommodation in rupees. The manager allowed us to pay in dollars at a good rate. If you came to Mahindra Independence Rock, like us - an excellent choice, the festival is 25 minutes walk away.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything was available. All the staff from reception to room service to breakfast chef all of them are very very nice and very helpful. As a solo female traveller it’s very safe and recommended and also for family I saw a lot of families staying there comfortably.
