I had bood room with private pool for around 9.5k but it was not worth it.cons:1. The pool was too shallow to be called swimming pool( just till the height of your waist)2. The AC was not able to cool the room at even 16 degree setting and even started to make lots of noise early morning suddenly disturbing our sleep.3. The dinner was so pathetic that I skipped my breakfast.pros: 1. just about a km from the Bhushi dam. Mountain view is available from upper deck rooms.2. staff was very courteous
One of the best and most relaxing stays we’ve had in Lonavala!The ambience of Rumourss Sky Villa & Resort is absolutely amazing. The property has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re genuinely away from the usual city rush. The location is also very convenient for exploring the major tourist attractions around Lonavala.But what truly stood out for us was the hospitality. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and understanding throughout our stay. Whatever small issues or requests we had were handled almost immediately, without any hesitation. That level of responsiveness made a huge difference to our experience.Another thing that deserves a special mention is the transport assistance. We didn’t have any local cab or auto contacts, so the resort arranged a driver for us. He turned out to be one of the most reasonable and honest drivers we came across during our trip. In fact, he himself told us that if we found anyone offering a lower price, we should go ahead and take them. We actually tried comparing prices with other drivers, but couldn’t find a better deal.That kind of transparency and willingness to help is something you don’t come across often.Overall, from the ambience and location to the hospitality and assistance with local transportation, our stay was genuinely relaxing and memorable. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Lonavala with beautiful surroundings, excellent hospitality and staff who genuinely care about your experience, I would highly recommend Rumourss Sky Villa & Resort.Would happily stay here again!
