Property is Roadside and accessible easily . But UNFORTUNATELY not well maintained . We have booked SKY VILLA . Even @ 2 pm , reception asked me to wait for half n hr to allott the room . Reception staff demanded 3000INR as a deposit money , which I have seen for the first time in my last 20 yrs travel journey. Washroom was very small as compared to Room size. There was no permanent light outside sky villa which make very risky to climb the sky villa ladder . Overall not worth paying *** plus for this property
