Disappointing Group Stay

If you want a fun and enjoyable stay, avoid this resort. It was a total waste of time and money. The activities team was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no interest. They didn't encourage guests to join rides or activities and wouldn't offer rides unless you kept asking. We were a group of 14, and the resort was not busy, so there was no reason for such poor service. Even with plenty of time, the staff stayed indifferent, rigid, and unwilling to help. Save your time and money and please do not come here.
