Saj In The Forest, Pench

While booking the hotel on Agoda I have specifically mentioned that there are 2 adults and 2 childes ages 5 & 10. With these details only Agoda informed me the charges but while check in Hotel informed me that they have received childes age as 1.5 Years and now I have to pay 5000 extra, which I did pay as there was no other option. I told and shown the booking details to Hotel staff but they haven't agreed and compelled me to pay the extra charges. I occupied only 1 room and didn't opt for extra bed or else but then also they charged extra amount.

Our experience at Saaj in the Forest Resort was unforgettable. Surrounded by rich greenery, the resort enjoys a prime location that preserves and enhances the natural surroundings. The carefully crafted walking bridges linking different parts of the resort add to its appeal and integrate perfectly with the environment. From the start, the staff greeted us warmly and remained polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were roomy, visually appealing, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, hygienic, and well-kept. We also valued the plentiful power outlets, which made charging cameras, phones, and other devices easy. The resort's atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and inviting. The swimming pool, though small, was clean and well cared for, with cozy seating nearby that offered an ideal spot to unwind. The dining area felt cozy and welcoming. The buffet offered a wide selection of Indian and Continental dishes to suit various preferences. The only slight drawback during busy meal times was the wait for fresh rotis, as they were made to order. Still, their quality and freshness made the wait worthwhile. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Mr. Sitaram (if I remember correctly), whose hospitality made a strong impression. Since we were leaving early at 6:00 AM, the resort kindly prepared a packed breakfast upon our request. Mr. Sitaram personally made sure everything was ready on time and saw us off warmly, wishing us a safe trip. This kind of personalized care shows the resort's dedication to guest satisfaction and makes the stay truly special. In summary, Saaj in the Forest Resort combines comfort, nature, and excellent service. It is perfect for wildlife safari fans, nature enthusiasts, and families looking for a calm getaway. I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.
