My experience was very nice. Staffs were very supportive and helpful.

During my 4-day stay, I took room with Kitchen and I faced multiple issues:* Induction cooktop was not working at all* Refrigerator was completely non-functional (no cooling)* No basic utensils provided - not even a plate or spoon* No cleaning supplies such as brush or dish soap* No extra blanket provided, only a single blanket on the bed* Wi-Fi was extremely unstable and unreliable* Mosquito presence inside the room* Several electrical switch/plug points were not working* Toilet seat was leaking, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet* Water bottle cap had visible mold, which is unacceptable from a hygiene perspectiveThese are fundamental amenities that any hotel should ensure without exception. The condition of the room reflects poor maintenance and lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort.Only after repeated complaints was my room changed upon request, which should not have been necessary in the first place.

The front desk staff specially the lady’s behaviour is horrible. Not at all have felt 3 star ambience. Room service is poor. Definitely not recommended for stay.

Rooms are small yet clean. Staff size is small but prompt. It's located close to lots of coffeshops , restaurants etc so eating g out is convenient

Rooms clean but old decor. Mr Uttam (front desk) is supportive but has no empowerment. Mr Manik restaurant incharge is extraordinary on courtesy, food preparation, service, customer centric.Unfortunately the management members listed with respective contact numbers Ms Asthrid and Mr Dinesh were insensitive and reluctant to respond appropriately.They charged INR 1047 for extra dinner for our 3 family members on Goibibo portal but were offering a basic one veg dal 2 chapati limited thali listed at INR 310 on their menu causing obvious disgust while the management members operating remotely couldn't do anything and stopped responding.Stinking toilet, after repeated complaint they changed the room.Room: 3.5/5Food and Service: Manik Dada 6/5
