Mosquito dogs cats and cows are plenty here. Fan sounds horrible, No central electricity on off switch. Fridge not working. Don't stay here.

This is the worst property I have ever seen in my life. People might get attracted with outdoor amenities shown online on its website but in reality the room condition is very pathetic. First of all, the hotel management is not concerned to provide basic service to the customers. There was no water in the washroom for 1 hour after our checkin and the manager was not bothered at all. The rooms were smelly and mosquitos were there, the furniture and appliances in the room are very old and not maintained properly. Most of the room are equipped with old ACs which were not cooling effectively. TV was also not working in most of the rooms. In my room, TV was working but Dth connection issue were there, so they fixed up on highlighting it. No hot water facility is there because they don't have geyser installed in washroom. Washroom and beds were also dirty. Even after our multiple requests to provide hot water, the hotel manager did not bother to pay attention to our request. I would never suggest to book this property. It is not value for money.

I stayed here for 2 nights in a Deluxe Room, and unfortunately, the overall experience was well below expectations considering the price and category of the hotel.At check-in, we were surprised to find that the room had no television installed, despite it being listed under the room amenities. The AC remote was also missing, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature, which was very inconvenient.Another major issue was hot water availability. There was initially no hot water in the bathroom, and only after several follow-ups with the reception did they activate it manually from their end. Hot water is a basic facility and should not require repeated calls.The biggest disappointment was that there was no water supply at night between 2:00 am and 5:30 am. This was extremely frustrating and could have been serious in case of any emergency. To make it worse, no one answered calls at 3:00 am, which shows a complete lack of support and responsibility from the management.The cleanliness and maintenance standards also felt poor. The blankets didn’t seem freshly washed or replaced. Luckily, we carried our own blankets which saved us from discomfort.On a positive note, the staff was polite when contacted, but the overall response time and service quality were very slow and need major improvement. For a Deluxe category room, guests at least expect working amenities, proper cleanliness, and reliable water and hot water supply.Overall, the stay was not comfortable and not value for money. The property has potential but urgently needs better management, maintenance, and attention to basic guest facilities.

Have added property photos for reference to show how terrible hotels can be in Agoda.I haven’t got any support from Agoda as well on this issue and was absolute waste of 10k for 3days stay
