This Shathayu Ayurveda Clinic in RT Nagar is the main branch of Shathayu, and it appears to be where much of the management and operations team is based.From the reception team to the doctors and staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The overall experience felt very organized and customer-focused.They offer a wide range of Ayurvedic treatments and wellness services. Based on my experience, I would consider them one of the best Ayurvedic clinics in Bangalore in terms of facilities, service, and treatment options.The clinic is conveniently located in a prime area of RT Nagar. Parking is available on-site, with space for around two cars, which is helpful considering the busy location.I visited for an Abhyanga massage therapy session, and it helped me a lot. The treatment was relaxing and professionally handled.Overall, a well-managed clinic with experienced staff, good facilities, and a positive treatment experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Ayurvedic therapies in Bangalore.

I had a fantastic experience with Appu. His massage technique is exceptional, he understands exactly where the body holds tension and works on those areas with precision and care. The pressure, rhythm, and overall flow were perfectly balanced, making it both deeply relaxing and highly effective.What really stands out is his professionalism and intuitive approach. He doesn’t just follow a routine, he adapts based on your body’s needs, which makes a huge difference. I walked in feeling stressed and tight, and walked out feeling completely rejuvenated.

I booked shirodhara for my visit, when came, we had to switch rooms, because Tere was construction going on. In another room they didn’t prepare adequately, I was seated on a chair and was given head massage, after 10 minutes I find out I wasn’t getting shirodhara and it was just a full body massage -- seated on a chair?? Then they said they will do shirodhara but the whole experience already felt stressful and opposite of what I’ve come to receive. Not only I’ve wasted my time and taxi money to get there, but I didn’t get what I originally wanted to and had to leave the place covered in oil.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a relaxing experience. The room was pristine, the lighting was perfect, and the soft music immediately put me at ease. [APPU] has a truly calming presence and a fluid technique that made the hour fly by. I left feeling completely de-stressed and 'floaty.'

Me and my husband have taken a treatment plan here, Dr. Shadiya Kishore K has done an excellent job in helping us throughout the treatment with care. She was always available for us to answer our queries and regularly reached out to take updates to track progress. The treatment gave us amazing visible results.
