3 Star Rooms, 4 Star Location, but 5 Star Service. A bumpy ride and the best location near Khajjiar park, the resort is a 2.5 star with own restaurant but limited options and no bar or pool or fitness center. We had a meal plan and since the occupancy was not full, instead of buffet, the manager provided us a la carte food service (pros and cons). The best part was the Owner is also a down to earth person. He was personally involved to ensure the service is upto the level of the price charged. They provided all basic amenities possible as well as reference to routes, local guides adventure activity contact persons, etc. Much better than booking something online and them feeling cheated. We contacted the hotel directly and paid upfront although fearing what if service is not great, but kudos to Amit (the owner) for building a good team under him catering to customer needs.

The rooms are 3-star quality, the location is 4-star, but the service feels like 5-star. The journey there is rough, but the resort is perfectly situated near Khajjiar park. It’s a 2.5-star property with its own restaurant, though the menu is limited and there’s no bar, pool, or gym. We had a meal plan, and since the hotel wasn’t fully booked, the manager offered a la carte service instead of buffet, which had its pros and cons. The highlight was the owner, a very approachable person who personally ensured the service matched the price. They provided all essential amenities and helpful information about routes, local guides, and adventure contacts. It’s much better than booking online and feeling cheated. We booked directly and paid upfront, worried about the service, but Amit, the owner, has done a great job building a team that truly caters to guests’ needs.
