Shvas Island Resort

Everything is perfect Shvas Island resort. Worth visiting from Hectic mumbai schedule to a peaceful nature..The only problem and the biggest one is the internal road from Main highway is very very poor.. The owner should take this responsibility to build a proper road for customer to access easily...Hope when i vist 3rd time they have a good road build

I recently visited Shvas Island Resort and had a wonderful experience. The stay was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and everything was well maintained. What truly stood out was the natural beauty of the place ’ the peaceful surroundings and stunning lake view made the stay incredibly relaxing. Great view ..good service.Rooms were good too...opt for viceroy rooms as they are east facing and have great morning view.Swimming pool not clean which was a big issue for us since you are not allowed to swim in the dam as well ..swimmers would be disappointed on this for sure!Food was good but could have been better considering that the package includes all 3 meals.Service was very prompt which was an important factor for us.

Dear Team,I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my booking issue was handled.We booked your villa for 31st and paid a ’50,000 advance. Due to unavoidable personal reasons, we could not travel on that date. Let me be very clear ’ we NEVER asked for a refund. We only requested a simple date change/postponement.Despite this, your team bluntly refused to help, hiding behind your ’No Refund, No Cancellation’ policy. This is completely unfair and shows zero concern for customers. Policies are meant to protect businesses, not to exploit people’s hard-earned money.’50,000 is not a small amount. People work day and night to earn this money. The least you could have done was show some flexibility or basic human understanding.This experience has completely destroyed our trust in your service. I will make sure to share this experience publicly so others do not fall into the same trap.I strongly advise your management to rethink such rigid policies and train staff to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.thank you

I stayed hear on 03rd Jan 26. As compared to the premium pricing rooms are well below average. In the photo rooms looks very nice but when you actually see it they lack finish and facilities which are desirable for such premium pricing. Flush in our room was not working. Cleanliness can be improved. Staff was not professional. When such a high price is charged then we expect professional staff and not some person without proper background. There is no intercom service available in the room. So if you need to order something from room then you need to use your mobile and should call them using Jio network, because other network availability is very poor. Location wise it is very good but lack of professionalism and poor hygiene derates such wonderful location. Food quality was ok. While assigning rooms resort did not follow proper protocol. They did not offer you any choice and based on their preference they will allot room that is quite disturbing. They should be more transparent in assigning rooms to their guest. I understand that each and every demand of guest can not be fulfilled but at least they should be given all information and choices available at the time of check in so that they will not fill cheated OR betrayed. Booking.com stipulated that tandoor is available but same was not available on my stay night. So it is suggested resort management that they should promptly update resort booking sites with available options.
