Very bad experience with the property Sree Krishna Residency. The 4-bedroom room was extremely dirty. When I reported this issue to the hotel staff, instead of addressing the problem they started arguing with me.The washroom was also very dirty and not properly maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and the hygiene standards were unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. At the time of booking, they promised an extra mattress, but after repeated follow-ups, they provided a mattress that was barely an inch thick.There was no hot water available in the early morning. Guruvayoor is a place where devotees must go for darshan early, and bathing in cold water’especially with unwell family members’was extremely difficult and unacceptable.The washrooms had broken mugs, showing complete negligence in basic maintenance. To make matters worse, the staff at the reception was rude and unhelpful.Overall, this place lacks professionalism, basic facilities, and respect for guests. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Very bad experience.We booked a 4-bedroom room for our family, and the condition was extremely poor. The beds were infested with bed bugs, and our entire family had a sleepless night because of this.Weinformed the hotel staff, but no action was taken and the issue was completely ignored. This was highly disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a family stay.I would not recommend this place due to poor hygiene and lack of response from the staff.

The rooms were just okay. The bathroom was bad. The location is perfectly near the temple. The people there were friendly. We also used the auditorium, it was good.The food provided was good too, with our package, the idli and sadhya was good
