We stayed recently. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff at reception was polite and helpful. They have few Saibaba idols and they follow their schedule for Pooja and Aarti. They also have complimentary pick up and drop to visit temple in early morning or late night. Would certainly stay in same hotel next time. Only issue was expensive restaurant.
I do not recommend this property to anyone. There are far better hotels available nearby.The only positive aspects of this hotel were the food, amenities, and location. Otherwise, the experience was highly unsatisfactory. We had to change rooms three times due to persistent cleanliness and odor issues. The final room had poorly cleaned bedding, but we had no option but to stay. Furthermore, the hotel charged us an extra fee for our 9-year-old child, despite the Agoda booking explicitly stating that children aged 12 and under stay free of charge.
