Sterling GK Exotica Dehradun

The room was large with a King Bed, good and firm mattress and soft pillows.The housekeeping and restaurant can do with a lot of improvement. Every day housekeeping kept missing putting adequate towels and on one day we were told that the hand towel had gone to the laundry and had not returned till late in the night, but was supplied next morning. The telephone instrument was not working, so one had to go to the reception 4 floors below to inform them, and it was replaced.The Hotel has been added to the Sterling brand in July last year, so the good Sterling standards were lacking in service and maintenance.The restaurant offered an adequate breakfast, though service was slow. One day, they had run out of eggs at 8:30 am!Sterling needs to match its standards for this hotel.

I checked in at 10:30PM, check in was smooth, breakfast buffet was wonderful, terrace ambience was nice. Nice place to stay. Breakfast is tasty also must try chole bhature and cheese omelette.

had booked for a night and it was absolutely exceptional.centrally located and very accessible. very clean rooms and linen. polite and courteous staff. a great rooftop restaurant and perfectly priced. couldn't have asked for a better deal

Not bad location, but on main busy road, staff are lovely but I struggled with non English speaking receptionist, food was excellent. Otherwise all good.

Though short, My stay at Sterling GK Exotica Dehradun was a memorable one.As and when called upon for any Information /Query, one can always depend on the Staff Members ( mostly Efficient & Polite ) responding while maintaining their smile. Very good neat and clean place restaurant was very good night staff was fabulous they welcomed us very politely and very good but if i talk about morning staff the person in front desk on right side was very rude in dealing i felt. Otherwise everyone is good

Location is good if you prefer to stay within the city but the temperature control was not well as the AC was set to heating mode by default and even if you were sweating,It can only be centrally managed.

The stay offered excellent value for money with comfortable sleep and convenient parking. The bathroom and breakfast were well-maintained, and transport options were easily accessible. Staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. While cleanliness and location were good, there is slight room for improvement in facilities to make it even better

Kasak was very courteous and was able to accomodate all the requests made. I would suggest the hotel to ensure that the rooms are cleaned properly and all tolettries are replenished and bins cleaned when the room is cleaned, this was found to be missing despite asking them for it.

A 3 day trip to Dehradun, aptly augmented by a Great stay at the Sterling GK, Dehradun. Very comfortable stay with superbly clean room, great staff and good food. Surely recommended.
