We have booked well in advance. With full payment of Rs.6222/-.We reached at 12.15 and we have been told that checkin only at 2pm, we went to explore Pondy and came by 2.30pm. Now receiption person told that group booking are there. The group booking person has requested for near by rooms so we will allot a higher variant room and requested us to come after 1 hour and they have alloted a room only at 4.30pmWe entered room, we were not comfortable with the smell.There was a water mixer unit that was obsolete, and not working. When I opened for water it was flowing and unable to stop. The I informed receiption and maintenance guy came and jus altered it. Attaching the picture for your referenceGeyser was not working and we ended us refreshing in cold water. (Water mixer unit was also faulty)TV dint work they changed HDMI Cable. Then also not working. They changed battery, still no response..finally they changed remote and then tv started working with struck and play picture.AC was working in a single mode , unable to control the blow speed and fins for airflow direction.They provided us 2 liters of complimentary water and we requested for another 2 liters. I called the restaurant, reception, bar after even 10 calls I have not got the water bottle. Then I have to walk to my car and get water.We have been provided with the bed..with crankey noise at 3.30am there was a huge sound the wooden cot broke and we fell down from the bed. We informed the reception at 3.45am and no one came till 4.30..then I called again so they came and arranged the bed on the floor. We slept from 5am to 6am for one hour.After all this tragedy they dint even had a curtousy to offer us a another room. Where I stayed that's not even worth to pay 1000 rupees. The resort team witnessed all these and I was expecting them to atleast talk about a compensation or returning atleast 50% of my rent what I paid..but they were arrogant that they don't even want to talk about that. I was so polite paid my food bill of 744 and left the resort. Either I need atleast 75% of my rent or compensation, else I have to sue them in court.St James Court spoiled my entire vacation..and I see that they are not even appraising to thier owner/MD of the resort. Lathergy and casual approach..

The hotel staff are idiots they dont carry luggage no lift unresponsive taking us for granted rooms are dirty no cleaning is done until u depress them not at all worth for the money

Enjoyed the 2 nights stay.. few minus and more plus I would say, but not to complain a big time..GOODS: The location is great, The property is great, easy beach access and a real big property with big lawn and stage for DJ nights, good swimming pool, area for camp fire.. View from balconies are super, Great tasty breakfast ...BADS: Not a good service if asked for some help, not so friendly reception, lunch at restaurant was not good, ACs in room was too too old and noisy with no proper control, Geyser was not working.Management has to work on few nitty gritty things to make it 5 star..

We visited St. James Court Beach Resort with friends and had a wonderful experience! ’’’The place is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained ’ perfect for both friends’ get-togethers and family outings. The beach view is amazing, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was really good too.Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to spend quality time by the beach with loved ones! ’’’’
