We were a group of 18 people and they did not allow us to checkin after 12pm that is checkin time stating that the guests from previous day are not checking out. We had around 7 rooms and we only got the key for one and we had to lock all our bags in that one room and leave for the day. Also the breakfast was late than the mentioned time and we had to miss it.
Rooms were spacious, location is pretty good, as you can get the Public transport very easily, has good food options. The staff was also supportive.
1. Room size is very small.2. TV & Fridge doesn't work.3. Bathroom is very small.4. No cleaning of rooms without repeated follow-ups with hotel staff.5. Maintenance is poor.
