Pathetic views. The rooms are not upto mark. Too much disturbing. I was with my family and we were expecting relaxation. But the location is too disturbing. Room view is very pathetic. Electricity continuously shut down and generator noise is too much.Room doors are broken and electric board are not working well.Strongly recommend not to select this hotel.We have requested for room change but staff is not at all supportive.

The hotel is very expensive compared to the rooms and amenities. Though there is a very good view of Darjeeling town with Kanchenjunga in the background which is a great value addition. But the food is super expensive. In that budget one can have a good dinner at Taj and it's nod good at all. Very bad coocking. I would suggest stay here but have lunch and dinner outside someplace.

The hotel is very conveniently located within 1 km walking distance from the mall and had a nice ambience. We got a studio room which was very spacious and offering a beautiful view of the Kanchenjunga and the valley.The staff was courteous and very prompt in addressing our concerns and queries.

Last weekend; I stayed at this property. And, I can say that this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.The Prices were so high that I thought to myself that this hotel must be good. However, on arriving, we saw that we pulled up to a old mansion which looks dated.We were then given One Deluxe and One Attic Room, even though I opted and paid for Two Deluxe Rooms. The attic room was so cramped up that one can barely survive there. When we asked the receptionist about the issue, they told us that these were the only two rooms that were available that day. Then why did their website take the booking?To make things worse; they did not even provide room heaters and stated that they run out of them. So, that means they don't have the capacity to serve full occupancy.And, there was power outage quite a few times. The hotel surprisingly did not even have a power backup facility.When I informed about the issues to the Company's Contact No., they straight up told me that they won't be able to do anything about it. Is this the way you treat customers?Overall a very bad experience. I would not even opt for a stay at any of their properties ever. There are many more hotels in Darjeeling which are better in all aspects and with relatively way lower tariffs.

Excellent and comfortable stay at room no 701. It's probably the best room in the entire hotel. The staff was extremely proficient and helpful. Shiva and Sweta were cheerful and took personal care. The restaurant staff were equally friendly. Felt at home at this scenic and beautiful location. Icing on the cake is heated bed and 24 hrs hot water in this chill weather which made cosy and comfortable feel during entire stay. Cheers
