Disappointing Stay Experience

I had a completely disappointing experience staying in Room 209. The door lock had issues, making security a concern. The toilet had no ventilation, which made it very uncomfortable. On top of that, no toiletries were provided, which is a basic necessity for any hotel stay. The overall maintenance and service (no wifi) were poor, making my stay unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
