First of all contact number of hotel was not available on ixigo and oyo platforms. I could not contact to hotel. Due to this I could not reach to hotel and I did not avail the facility means I did not stay in this hotel. My money, time and booking both were wasted. I called to ixigo team and oyo team multiple times but unfortunately they were not able to provide even a contact number of the hotel. Such a pathetic experience. I tried to cancel the booking it was also not happen as it a technical issue was reflecting. It may not be technical error, it might be an intentionally installed bug to fraud the customers. So they can not cancel the booking and ixigo and hotel can snatch their money. Finally I had to book another hotel from Agoda app in such late night as I was feeling insecure in mid of Kolkata city in late night as my trust on ixigo is breached now. Pathetic response from ixigo and oyo. However oyo is not directly involved in this case but I am mentioning it because whenever I called to number, provided by ixigo, the call went directly to Oyo registration desk and they were also not in mood to help me out. They were in call with me two times and every time they engaged the call for around 10 minutes without any response. Lastly they used to cut the call without saying anything. .My time was wasted .My money was wasted as I could not reach to hotel and could not stay there . My schedule got disrupted due to this ruckus. I PROMISE I WILL NOT BOOK ANY HOTEL FROM IXIGO IN FUTURE AND EVEN IN MY LIFE.

Couple • Jul 2026The bed cover, pillow cover, and bed sheet were very poor quality. The sleeping experience was far from satisfactory. Additionally, during check-out, the receptionist took my phone and gave a full rating on the OYO app. They also charged me for the complimentary water. However, the room itself was fine, with the TV, shower, and AC all functioning properly.
