To start with ,i booked through ixigo which in turn routed through booking.com but somehow when i reached the hotel,the hotel had not received the information .Nevertheless ,they gave me a room after i completed the formalities .The room was good,food was great However after every room service ( there is no restuarant and outside food is not permitted) the staff would ask for tips which i gave ..Maybe that part could have been avoided .

Solo Traveller • India • Apr 2026Receptionist behaviour is very bad.. Actually those who book online are given smaller rooms. They are given fewer facilities. They get less money from online apps so they are given smaller rooms, smaller bathrooms.
