Had a really pleasant stay near. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is excellent ’ very close to Assi Ghat, making it easy to enjoy the morning and evening vibe of Varanasi. Overall, a peaceful stay with good hospitality. Very poor experience. I had booked this hotel almost one month in advance, yet on arrival I was denied check-in without any valid explanation. The lady staff at the reception was extremely rude and arrogant, showed no courtesy, and made no effort to help or escalate the issue.After confirming a booking, refusing check-in like this is completely unprofessional and causes serious inconvenience to guests. Such behaviour reflects badly on the management. Would not recommend this property due to poor staff attitude and unreliable booking handling

Disappointing Stay Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite booking my room well in advance (one month before), the staff refused to let me check in when I arrived. The lady at reception was arrogant and unprofessional in her behaviour ’ rude responses and no willingness to resolve the issue. This was especially frustrating since the reservation was confirmed and paid for.This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after planning ahead. Staff should be trained to handle guests with respect and honour confirmed bookings. Overall, my experience was very poor, and I would not recommend staying here based on this service issue.

Frustrating Booking Experience

I had a reservation (which was confirmed, by the way) through Booking.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, they just said, "We are sold out." Even after showing her the confirmation from Booking, the girl said that "they didn't confirm it to Booking." So then, I just asked, "If you are sold out, why didn't you just block it through the site instead of getting more and more confirmations?" Fortunately, I could book another spot (I paid double due to the last minute), but I hope that with this message, you guys don't get "scammed" as I did.
