Worst Hotel Experience EverI had one of the worst stays at this OYO property and would never recommend it to anyone. The room was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The bed was infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I woke up with multiple itchy bites and had a very unpleasant night.To make matters worse, there were cockroaches roaming around the room and bathroom, which clearly showed the lack of cleanliness and pest control. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online.The air conditioner was another major disappointment. Despite being switched on for hours, the cooling was very poor and the room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout my stay.The television was practically useless because there was no set-top box connection available. Most channels were inaccessible, and the staff failed to resolve the issue even after repeated complaints.Overall, the property lacks basic hygiene, proper maintenance, and customer service standards. I deeply regret booking this hotel and would advise travelers to avoid this place unless major improvements are made.
