Very disappointing experience. I booked two separate AC rooms through Agoda in Pondicherry, but when I arrived, they denied providing the rooms I had booked. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.The property location was also unclear, with incorrect or insufficient street details, making it difficult to find. The surrounding street was very dirty, unhygienic, and had a strong bad smell.On top of that, the property manager was not available to answer calls or provide proper assistance. Overall, the experience was very poor and not at all as expected from the booking.I would not recommend this property. Agoda should not entertain such nonsense with this kind of servicesI will strictly not recommend anybody to booked this property

The linen was very dirty. No towels or toiletries was provided. The AC water falls into the toilet and hence the toilet floor is always wet. The location is also quite far from the city. I wouldn't recommend it to any decent people
