Couple • India • Jul 2026Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was polite, cooperative, and professional, and I truly appreciate their hospitality. However, my booking clearly included complimentary breakfast, but I was initially refused breakfast. I was informed that the hotel does not have a kitchen and that breakfast was not being provided by the management. As a result, I had to pay extra to arrange my breakfast. This should not happen when breakfast is already included in the booking. While I was sitting outside the hotel, I also noticed that several other guests were raising similar concerns regarding breakfast arrangements. This indicates that the issue is not isolated and should be addressed by the hotel management. Additionally, the hotel's Google Maps location is inaccurate. The correct location should be updated so that future guests can reach the property without any difficulty. Despite these concerns, my overall stay was comfortable. Family • India • Jul 2026The staff over there is very unprofessional, arrogant and as a human being there thinking is very dirty about women's and families.They really don't know how to behave with the guests, wht kind of question they should ask or wht is there limits?Iam really disappointed with them and also suggest to others please please do not visit over there. Specially if u r going with your female friends or with your family members.Hope my feedback will help to others!
