Very disappointing experience. I booked this room through Agoda considering the price reasonable, but an additional 1,000 was demanded at check-in. The room had broken switchboards, inadequate lighting, no water supply, and AC water leakage. The bathroom door lock was missing, the toilet hand spray was not working, and the toilet seat lid was broken. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings.Poor maintenance, hygiene, and unexpected extra charges despite booking through Agoda. The hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, facilities, and pricing transparency.
