The service here is the best in u block, and the rooms are the cleanest in the area.

I have stayed for two nights. The room they gave was looking good because of new construction and lighting. But room was not properly clean. There were red ants in the room even some I saw on bed. I called multiple times but nobody picks up the phone.I also asked to change the bed sets but no action. They didn’t provided towel and soap even after multiple asks on reception.I atleast manage to get soap and dried myself in Celling fen.The next day again I asked for towel and they gave me one having stain seems like not properly clean. Some how I managed that too.There was no room service and room cleaning.Checked out early without saying a word to them. It’s Gurugram!!!

I would not suggest staying at this place. The service is really bad, the elevator is out of order most of the time, and the generator doesn't work since it runs on petrol, which they don't keep filled. The power supply in the area is also very unreliable.
