They do not provide essential items such as handwash, bodywash, shampoo, dental kit, or even water. The staff's behavior was rude as well. Additionally, there is no adequate parking space for cars.

We stayed at this property for 3 days and 2 nights. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its excellent location and the fact that the rooms are newly constructed, clean, and well-maintained.However, the property lacks several basic amenities that travelers generally expect. There was no in-room kettle, no kitchen facility, limited staff support, inadequate parking arrangements, and no laundry services. The breakfast options were also quite limited due to the absence of an in-house kitchen.It would be helpful if the hotel clearly mentioned on booking platforms that there is no kitchen available on the premises so guests can plan accordingly. Providing basic tea, coffee, and snack facilities would also greatly improve the guest experience.Overall, while the cleanliness and location are definite positives, there is considerable room for improvement in terms of amenities and guest services.
