Terrible service....

Nearly everything about this hotel was terrible. When we arrived, they didn't honor the 24-hour check-in promised on the Agoda app. The initial room had a non-functioning AC, so we had to wait 20 minutes to move to another room. That second room had water dripping from the AC vent the whole time and a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom. Even though we had booked and paid for two nights, they asked for cash upfront after the first night, but stopped after we reminded them payment was already made. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was just toast. After much pleading, they allowed an omelette with the toast. There was no tea or coffee service until 9 AM. This hotel was a disaster. Avoid it.

This was the worst stay I've had at a hotel. I booked it including breakfast, but they still charged me for one person's breakfast. The location isn't good, and the rooms were dirty with mosquitoes, lizards, and bedbugs. There were spiders and their webs in the room as well. The toilets and water pipes were broken all over.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, no one was available to assist with my luggage. The room I was given was extremely dirty, and both the bed and bucket were in bad shape, so I had to ask the staff to replace them. Later that night, I found many bed bugs on the bed, not just a few, and they started biting us. I reported this to the staff, who moved us to a second room, but it had the same issue. They then gave us a third room to spend the night in. However, the AC in the third room was not functioning well, and the overall cleanliness was poor. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, with terrible service, hygiene, and room conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
