Tan-N-Sand

I stayed in the Deluxe Balcony Room starting 27 July. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not functioning, and despite a technician being called, the problem remained unresolved. Later that evening, I encountered a rat on the balcony. After reporting it to reception, I was moved to a different balcony room. Another issue is that reception calls guests exactly at 11:00 AM on checkout day to warn about late checkout fees, which feels unprofessional. I would appreciate if hotel management or the appropriate person could reach out to me to discuss these matters.

The breakfast food, especially chef Amit's idli, was incredible. The taste is unforgettable. The location is truly exceptional.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The setting is lovely and tranquil, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The rooms are tidy, roomy, well-kept, and in great shape, providing a cozy experience. The breakfast stood out as well, particularly the chef’s special omelette made by Chef Amit. He tailored it perfectly to our liking, and it was fresh, airy, and truly tasty. Each bite showcased his expertise and care. The friendly service, delicious meals, and comfortable rooms made our visit unforgettable. We would gladly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful stay with excellent cuisine.
