Nice place with very relaxed and pleasant stay. Excellent location, well maintained room.
Location is really brilliant if you're looking for a peaceful stay full of lush green tea gardens all around you. But food was below average so if you're okay with that, go ahead. Also, going to the city is a 100rps minimum by auto for cafes etc.
Worst service that you can ever receive. Condition of the water bottles is so bad you would want to drink from it. Asked them to clean yet they gave the bottles in same dirty condition. Called them again to come to room to check but no one came. Now disconnecting and not picking my calls. Pre ordered a chocolate cake a day before reaching the hotel, for which they charge double the market price but still i paid and yet I received a cheap bakery jam topping cake. After I asked, they said we can't do anything, we will refund. But I wanted the cake, as it was a special occasion and for that i pre-order with them and paid the whole amount upront in advance. The attitude of the whole team was as if they are doing me a favour by giving refund after spoiling my whole occasion. Imagine people waiting around the table for the cake and then we get to know the hotel messed it up. After all the argument they agreed to arrange the cake but by late night 10pm when the occasion is about to get over, like just 2hrs before the days gets over. Food is terrible, service in their dining area is ridiculously bad. Hardly any options for food in that too they keep saying we cant prepare this and that. I asked for chapati's and they said they can prepare as there is no flour. Even though the dough was kept right there on the kitchen counter. Imagine the kind of service they give. I would give 0 but no option for that. I still need to spend another 2 days at this terrible place. The refrigerator didn't work, the shower tab didn't work, rooms had cobwebs. The pool was very dirty as if it wasn't cleaned in weeks. The chair & table outside in the lawn area were full of dust and they didn't bother to clean it. They didn't bother to prepare breakfast buffet on the last day of the stay. Asked to ordered and they will prepare breakfast, with just 2 food options and they charged for buffet. They don't even prepare an omlet. In the name of non-veg breakfast, they serve boiled eggs. They didn't even have bread in the breakfast. They has go and buy it when asked for bread for which you will have to wait extra 30min. Asked for 2 veg biryani. They gave 1 after 40min and they forgot the 2nd. When asked for the 2nd plate, they realised they didn't prepare it. Had wait another 30-40min for the 2nd plate of veg biryani. You have to call them atleast twice to a room service done, easily taking at least an hour or two.
