why are you refusing to issue a refund? I didn't even stay at your property for those 3 days. Is this how you take advantage of someone’s helplessness? Is this your hospitality?You are doing nothing but ripping people off. I will never trust on this Conway hotel. This is absolutely pathetic service at this property.

Services have been best in industry.Mr. Dheeraj of restaurant gives every guest a personal attention and takes care of there comfort and meal.

I recently stayed at The Conway for almost 4 days and had a really wonderful experience. The service throughout my stay was extremely good and the staff was always polite and attentive.The restaurant was such a peaceful and beautiful place to sit and enjoy tea, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing ’ everything was fresh, tasty, and had a great variety.A special mention to Mohit Kumar, who attended us during our stay. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. His hospitality truly made our experience even better.Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend The Conway to others.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We never imagined that a reputed hotel could manage an event so poorly. There was no electricity for more than an hour during the function, causing complete chaos and inconvenience for all the guests. To make matters worse, some guests were actually stuck inside the lift due to the power failure, which was both dangerous and traumatic. Despite such a serious situation, the hotel management had absolutely no proper backup plan or emergency handling system in place.A function that was planned with so much effort and excitement was completely ruined because of the hotel’s incompetent and irresponsible management. The staff appeared clueless, there was no coordination, and no sincere attempt was made to handle the situation professionally or reassure the guests. Such negligence at an event venue is simply unacceptable.This was one of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever faced. We deeply regret choosing this hotel for our function and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking any event here. Pathetic management, poor planning, and zero accountability.

The hotel’s construction and overall design are truly top tier. You’ll be impressed the moment you walk in.The executive room was very spacious, thoughtfully planned, featuring dual-zone climate control and two separate washrooms, which added great comfort. The silent lifts and overall infrastructure reflect high quality.However, the experience was let down by service and maintenance issues. Inadequate lighting, inconsistent hot water, repetitive reminders for basic amenities like remotes and the living area AC repair during the stay was a big negative.There was also no staff available at the swimming pool, and the absence of a welcome drink was noticeable.While the property itself is excellent, improvements in service responsiveness and room functionality are needed to match its otherwise premium standards.
