My experience at French Villa was largely unsatisfactory. The room appeared quite ordinary and was notably unclean. The pillow cover emitted an unpleasant drooling odor, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the presence of several cockroaches in the room was unacceptable. Prior to booking, I attempted to reach the receptionist multiple times to clear up some questions, but my calls were ignored. I had to contact another property they own to obtain the necessary information. The only good aspect was the receptionist at the property, who was courteous, friendly, and welcoming. Sadly, the poor room cleanliness and hygiene overshadowed the positive service.

The room we got was not cleaned properly. From the day we reached, we were asking for TV remote. Still we didn't get it. Kettle inside the room was rusty. They didn't replace it even after asking. An old person was demanding service tip without even giving any service.
