1 STAR — DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY.10,787.35 for 2 nights — and honestly, it felt like we threw the money straight into the gutter.This was not just a disappointing stay. It was an extremely poor and unacceptable hotel experience from beginning to end. I genuinely do not understand how a property in this condition is operating and accepting guests.If you are considering booking this hotel, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PAY.🚨 THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTINGThe moment we entered, there were problems everywhere:❌ Cockroaches inside the room❌ Spiders everywhere❌ A small chimney/vent in the room that was not working and was literally full of spiders❌ Smelly, dirty bedsheets❌ The bed was not even properly cleaned or arranged when we entered❌ Burn marks on the bedside table, floor and other areas❌ Broken wall frames and damaged fixtures❌ Dirty desk❌ Smelly drinking water❌ Water filter not functioning properly❌ Bedside charging point not working❌ Wardrobe had practically nothing — no iron, proper hangers or safe lockerThis is not what anyone expects after paying over 10,000 for two nights.🚿 THE BATHROOM WAS ANOTHER DISASTER❌ NO HOT WATER in the shower❌ Bathroom door broken and would not close properly❌ Bathroom tap broken❌ Jet not working and had small bugs around it❌ No toilet paper❌ Bathroom dustbin was already full and dirty❌ USED SOAP was left for handwashingBasic hygiene and functioning bathroom facilities should be the bare minimum for any hotel.🔐 EVEN THE ROOM DOOR WAS NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONINGThe main door lock was cracked and not working properly.The sensor/handle was not working, so we had to use a key.The room door sensor was also not working.There was no intercom in the room, making it even more difficult to contact anyone when needed.🍽️ BREAKFAST — ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSBreakfast was another major disappointment.There was NO PROPER BUFFET.We were told breakfast would be delivered to our room only between 8:00–9:00 AM, and apparently that timing was fixed whether it was convenient for us or not.Then came the ridiculous part:Paratha OR poha.Not both.Tea OR coffee.Not both.And the food itself had an unpleasant stale/burnt/moldy smell, which made us uncomfortable eating it.After paying 10,787.35, we still had to go outside and find somewhere else to eat breakfast.What exactly are guests paying for?🛎️ SERVICE & STAFFThe overall service was extremely poor.The staff did not come across as professional, and the behavior we experienced was highly disappointing.There was not even a proper reception/service setup that you would expect from a functioning hotel.📋 OUR REQUESTS WERE COMPLETELY IGNOREDBefore our stay, we had specifically requested:• Large bed• Adjoining rooms• Honeymoon arrangementsNone of these requests were properly fulfilled.We also requested additional notes/requirements and received nothing.💰 AND THEN THEY ASKED FOR EXTRA MONEY AT CHECK-INDespite having already paid the full booking amount online, we were asked to pay an additional amount at check-in, which was presented as compulsory.We were also told that we couldn't use the hotel's amenities before paying this additional amount.This was extremely frustrating and completely ruined the experience further.---⚠️ HONEST WARNING TO OTHER TRAVELLERSA hotel does not have to be 5-star or luxurious.But it should at least be clean, hygienic, safe, functional and professionally managed.This property failed on basic standards across the board.Cockroaches.Spiders.Dirty bedsheets.Smelly water.Broken bathroom fixtures.No hot water.Broken door lock.Non-working sensor.No intercom.Broken charging point.No proper breakfast buffet.Poor food.Ignored requests.Additional charges at check-in.What more is a guest supposed to tolerate?We paid 10,787.35 for only two nights, and the experience was nowhere near what we expected for that

The rooftop was advertised as open while booking, but it was actually closed when we arrived. The information was misleading and affected the overall experience. Please ensure the facilities shown during booking are actually available.

The room condition was terrible, bathroom was pathetic, bedsheet towels were not fresh, floor was too dirty that u cannot walk barefoot. When we reached the hotel contact person’s number was not reacheable. I would not suggest anyone to waste your money and stay in this hotel.
