I have recently visited to highland park, Manali with my kid and 2 other couple. Mr. KK Bhardwaj, assisted us here and this was the best experience I ever had. I was mesmerised to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is excellent & food was scrumptious. I would love to visit again. I would highly recommend anyone to visit here.

Be aware when you visit. If there's a power cut expect complete blackout multiple times a day(upto 3 times a day) for 2-3 hours each time. Which means no heater even if it is -10 degrees outside, snowing or dead in the night. Food is twice the cost as similar restaurants nearby. Aim to eat at the Moustache. Same quality, half price, less tantrums. We had the fruit custard, it would be better to call it papaya custard.

Regrettable Stay Experience

Price is only for view. Guests will not get anything apart from the view. Please avoid this hotel. Choosing this hotel is my biggest mistake. Staff is unprofessional and illiterate. No professionalism at all. They play their generator just for 4 hrs not 24 hrs. They say " poora din thode hi chalayenge". Rooms are smelly, food is pathetic, front desk life shivanand in night is super rude. Overpriced and waste of money. If you want enjoy a comfortable stay please avoid this hotel.
