We had a nice stay at Manali cottages. Staff's are very kind enough to provide good service. Location is good. We had a camp fire on 31.12.2024. Overall it was a nice experience and my family enjoyed it thoroughly. Keep up the good work’’

We had a very disappointing experience at this cottage. Although our travel agent booked it for us, it completely ruined the first day of our vacation. We arrived at 10 PM to find no electricity, and there were no generators until the next morning at 10 AM. In -1??C weather, this was unbearable, and with my phone dead, we were left helpless.They provided hot water in small buckets (half a bucket every 30 minutes), which was insufficient for our group of five. The water heater didn’t work properly, and it took an hour to heat enough water for just one person to shower. Room heaters were charged at ’500 each but were practically non-functional.The only positives were the food, which was excellent, and the location, which was beautiful. However, the poor facilities and lack of preparedness overshadowed everything.I cannot recommend this cottage. We didn’t enjoy our stay, and the issues with electricity, water, and heating ruined our vacation. Definitely not worth the trouble.
