Excellent service and hospitality provided by Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Karthik from the time of booking until checking out. The staff responded very well.

Our one-night stay at VP Residency in Tiruttani was a delightful experience, made even more special by the kindness and commitment of the hotel staff. We booked through our travel agency for our visit to the holy Tiruttani Murugan Temple. Unexpectedly, the District Collector announced last minute that private vehicles would be banned from entering the town due to the large number of devotees for Aadi Bharani and Aadi Krithigai, so we had to leave our car on the outskirts. Here, the exceptional hospitality of the VP Residency team shone through. Mr. Karthik came to our parking spot with a vehicle pass and sincerely tried to help us get into town. Though the authorities did not allow it, his effort was greatly appreciated. We then took an auto-rickshaw with our luggage to the hotel. Check-in was smooth and quick despite the big festive crowd. The rooms were tidy, clean, and well kept, providing the comfort we needed after our trip. After freshening up, we took the temple bus to the temple and, by Lord Murugan’s grace, had a memorable darshan. It was a deeply moving and blissful experience beyond words. During our stay, Mr. Karthik and Mr. Srinivasan made sure everything was handled. Their polite attitude, quick help, and sincere care made us feel welcome and valued. We checked out early the next morning around 6:30 AM, and once again, Mr. Karthik kindly arranged an auto-rickshaw to bring us back to our car, making our departure easy and stress-free. The amenities deserve special mention. Hot water was always available, which every pilgrim appreciates after a long day, and the washrooms were very clean, hygienic, and well maintained. These thoughtful touches greatly enhanced our comfort. VP Residency is more than just accommodation; it truly understands the needs of pilgrims and travelers, especially during busy festival times. The team’s dedication, hospitality, cleanliness, and personal care deserve the highest praise. Karthik at the reception was very helpful and easy to talk to. There was another bald receptionist, sorry I don't remember his name, who was also helpful and gave directions to the temple. I recommend this place.
