We checked in on 29th and one bottle of mineral water was provided as complimentary. On 30th we asked for another bottle of mineral water as complimentary which is normal in most hotels, rather the provide two bottles on arrival and two bottles next morning, the staff at reception said that he will ask and then send the bottle. He neither sent the water nor informed the reason for same. At the time of check out reception cashier was asked the reason for this, she said it’s the policy of hotel to provide only one bottle as complimentary. On query that why same was not informed back she was clueless. Second incident happened outside hotel in parking area, snap of which has been shared. As our car was dirty and hotel staff was washing the floor of parking area with a hose, I asked him to allow me to use the hose to clean wind screen of car, for which he refused citing that it’s not allowed. I fail to understand this uncourtious and unprofessional behaviour of staff.
