Extremely poor experience at Super Townhouse CASA GRAND, Hyderabad.I checked in yesterday, and from early morning (around 5:00 AM), there was no water supply in the bathroom. Water is the most basic necessity in any hotel, and without it, even basic activities like using the washroom or maintaining hygiene become impossible.Despite repeatedly informing the reception, there was no proper response or resolution. The staff showed a complete lack of responsibility and urgency toward a serious issue.This is not a small inconvenience — it is a major service failure. No guest should have to stay in a hotel where such basic facilities are not available.Very disappointed with this experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this property unless management improves their service standards significantly.
