This was one of the worst experiences. The room and bed were infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. The service was terrible, especially since insect repellent was not given despite requesting it four times.

The experience in the hotel room was quite unsatisfactory. No staff were present to help, and the room lacked drinking water. The bedsheets and pillowcases were unclean, and the bathroom hygiene was also very bad. When we brought this up, the staff told us that room cleaning happens just once a month, and bedsheets and pillow covers are replaced only monthly as well. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel and causes major worries about cleanliness and hygiene.

The bedsheet and pillow was very dirty and very horrible smell coming from it. As a couple me and my wife never slept for whole night. Newver book this hotel again very costly and no facilities at all. They don't have water bottles and meal facility at hotel premises. They don't even provide a tea. I booked this hotel as breakfast included but they said you have to order it from outside. Never ever book this hotel.
