Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The service was excellent, and the overall ambience was really pleasant.The location was also convenient, and everything was well-maintained. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to staying here again! ❤️

Hotel Stay Review – Major Hygiene & Service ConcernsI recently stayed at this hotel- townhouse oak, saket colony, chironwali, Dehradun and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to poor hygiene standards and lack of basic amenities.To begin with, despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room, I was initially offered a room that had a strong smell of smoke. This was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the room had visible cobwebs behind the bed as well as in the washroom, clearly indicating a lack of proper cleaning.After raising these concerns, I was shifted to another room. However, the issues did not end there. The bedsheet in the new room was torn, which is completely unacceptable. The washroom facilities were also poorly maintained — the flush was not functioning properly, and the shower was misaligned, making it difficult to take a proper bath.Basic amenities were missing, including toiletries, a kettle, and even bathing towels, which are expected as standard in any hotel stay. To make matters worse, when I pulled back the curtains, I found used cans and trash hidden behind them, raising serious hygiene concerns.The water heater was also not working, adding further inconvenience. In the morning, when I tried calling the contact number provided, no one answered. During checkout, I found the receptionist asleep on the sofa, and despite repeatedly calling out, there was no response.Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience. The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service standards.
