Solo Traveller • India • Oct 2026One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bedsheet was very dirty, the blanket was in a terrible condition, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Even basic amenities were not provided. We asked for a towel and soap, but the staff said the towels had gone for washing and the soap was finished. The staff also told us that the clean bedsheets were locked inside a cupboard and the key was with the manager. These are basic requirements that every hotel should be able to provide to its guests. Instead, we were given excuses and had to stay in an extremely unclean room. Very disappointing service, extremely poor hygiene, and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly suggest improving the cleanliness, management, and basic guest services before accepting bookings.
