Warm and welcoming environment. Located in the city center, easy to reach anywhere. Delicious South Indian breakfast. I always recommend my company to book this Treebo Empire hotel.

The furniture is outdated, walls are dirty, there are no toiletries provided, though the toilet is clean and parking is cramped; Sultan Bathery offers better choices than this.

Though newly built, the property was poorly maintained with broken window shades, a non-functioning AC, and no hot water. Due to cost-cutting, there was no bath soap available, so we had to use hand wash instead. This Treebo hotel was disappointing. It's strange that hot water was restricted, especially for a hotel in the city.

Right from arrival, it was obvious this place doesn't live up to its advertisement. The reception was slow, disorganized, and unfriendly, setting a poor first impression. The property looked nothing like the online pictures. The room was disappointing in every way — the door had visible holes poorly patched and unpainted, the bedsheets smelled stale as if not properly washed, the air conditioning was unreliable, and the blinds didn't work, ruining any chance of a peaceful stay. Housekeeping was below standard with too few towels and missing basic toiletries like shaving kit, shower cap, comb, and dental kit. Even the shampoo and shower gel dispenser didn't fit its holder. Most frustrating was the hot water lasting only about two minutes, which is unacceptable given the high price paid. This hotel urgently needs improvements in management, maintenance, and hospitality before it can justify its rates. I wouldn't recommend it and won't be coming back.
