Terrible Customer Service ’ Not RecommendedI am highly disappointed with my recent svisit here. The overall experience was very bad, mainly due to the poor customer service. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. For the prices they charge, one expects much better treatment. I will definitely not be returning.

I stayed at this hotel on 31 December and checked out on 1 January 2026. When I made the booking through a customer care representative at Treebo, everything went smoothly. We were a group of three men and one woman. But upon arrival, the staff informed us that unmarried couples were not allowed. They also said that unmarried couples with local IDs were not allowed, but unmarried couples from other districts would be allowed. This policy made no sense and felt discriminatory. I have stayed with other Treebo properties before and have never encountered such treatment. We were also informed that smoking was not permitted, which was absolutely fine with us. But, on the day of checkout, we were made to wait at reception and were not allowed to leave until their staff inspected the room. Only after the staff member returned were we permitted to depart. This was quite uncomfortable and unnecessary. The breakfast spread was very poor and certainly not worth the amount we paid. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious. That said, due to the discriminatory policies and the overall experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again. Treebo should seriously look into whether such properties should continue to represent and potentially tarnish their brand.

Very poor staff and management. It took more than 1 hour for checkout. They charged me ’1000 for an old bedsheet just because of a small stain, which is unfair. Also, I did not receive a proper invoice with the correct name for this fine. Very disappointing experience.
